All Credit Card orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order.

All shipments will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise requested.

Express shipping will incur an additional fee depending on the shipping service used.

Check or money order payments must clear before shipment is sent.

If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Shipping costs for exchanges or refunds are the customer's responsibility.

Please use the original shipping container for returns if possible.

Orders of $100.00 or more are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Customer merchandise returned after 14 days will receive website shipping credit.

Returns over $50.00 require an RMA#. Please contact us for an RMA# before returning product.

Personalized products are non-returnable.
